THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH SAENGUIN! We always want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why we always offer free shipping for exchanges and returns in the EU (@non-European customers – please bear with us, we are currently working on that), as well as a 30-day right of withdrawal.
We know that sometimes everything isn’t always a perfect fit and that’s why we want to offer you a few options which might help you decide what to do next. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
SIMPLY RETURN* to us for an exchange or full refund by following these easy steps below within 30 days of receipt. We will process your exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charge) when we receive your parcel.
EXCHANGE* online within 30 days of receipt for another size of your item or an online store credit so you can pick out something you like better.
TAILORING SERVICE CREDIT in case any alterations need to be made. Simply send us a photo or copy of your receipt of your local seamstress to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you store credit for the same amount that you can apply on your next order.
REFUNDS Should you change your mind after the purchase – no problem. We’ve got you covered. We will refund you whatever you don’t want to keep. Please allow us at least 7 days from the receipt of your items to process your return or exchange. We will immediately notify you by email when your return has been processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS rarely happen, but sometimes they do. We guarantee that the items you receive are in their right condition. If you were to receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, please send an email to our customer care team at email@example.com. Please attach images of the defective items in your email – that will make it easier for us to handle your complaint and quicker for you to receive the correct item.

*Conditions of exchange/return: Please handle all items with care and ensure that they are returned to us intact and undamaged. When trying on items of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed. Please understand that exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour (where available) of the same product and are not guaranteed. Of course we want to make sure you get your favorite item in your size – so if we currently don’t have it in stock, we will make it for you.
